I’ve been visiting Dharamshala regularly since 2006 when AirJaldi hosted a wireless networking conference there. I’ve made good friends along the way and feel connected to the community. The last couple of years we’ve basically moved all of Jaaga Study up to the mountains for April and May and have played a role in helping establish HillHacks.in as a geek retreat. Last year we ran CodeCamp from Ghoomakad. It was fantastic. This year Ayush and the crew at Ghoomakad are hosting MettaCamp as a successor to CodeCamp. It looks like it’s going to be a great deal of fun with a diverse group of people from computer programmers to massage therapists.
MettaCamp is running from April 9 – May 15. If you’re interested it would be great if you could apply early so that the crew can prepare properly. Just after MettaCamp HillHacks will be happening May 15 – 31 close by.
