Please review the below information regarding hosting an activity or event at Jaaga.
Jaaga offers half day sessions on weekends only for events held in our Richmond Road Penthouse location. Two consecutive sessions may be reserved for a full day event. Weekday events held in the evening, after 7:30 pm, will also be considered. Weekday events must remain under 30 people in order to avoid disturbing our Creative Entrepreneur Incubator & Jaagarnauts working out of the space. The cost per half day or evening session is Rs. 5000.
If you’d like to see the spaces mentioned below, you will be able to make an appointment with the Jaaga Crew member who reaches out to you about your application. – Mudra Lounge by Pepperfry (up to 30 ppl) – Jaaga Startup Terrace (up to 80 ppl) – Jaaga Startup Main Hall – Sunday only (up to 80 ppl)
Jaaga will provide chairs, tables, and basic AV equipment if required. Day of event operations and additional supplies will be your responsibility. We can provide approved options for food and beverage catering if required for your event.
If you would like to use space at Jaaga for an activity or event please fill out the below form. If you do not hear back from us within 2 days of submitting the form email firstname.lastname@example.org to follow up. NOTE: To book or block a space, you need to make the full payment. If your event is ticketed we charge 15% of the ticket price on top of the above session charges. Donations can be made by cash or by cheque. There will be no refund on cancellations 1 week prior to event. Email email@example.com for any queries. Please ensure that as an organizer of the event you show up at Jaaga least one hour before your event. Damage to Jaaga equipment, building or property will be charged to you.
