Fellowship Structure

The AI Futures Impact Fellowship for Women is a flexible, part-time program (10+ hours a week) designed to spark creativity and drive meaningful change. Conducted online with a primarily asynchronous structure, the Fellowship empowers participants to dream big and act boldly.

We start by envisioning the future we want to shape. Along the way, Fellows gain invaluable insights from industry leaders on the frontlines of AI innovation and hear directly from NGOs tackling critical real-world challenges.

From concept to creation, the journey unfolds through collaborative brainstorming, midterm project discussions, and hands-on development. By the end of the program, Fellows present a showcase of impactful AI projects and prototypes that embody their vision for a better tomorrow.
